Use value relates to the attributes of the product/service/information which enable it to fulfil the user's need.

Cost value is the total cost of producing the system or addressing the need.

Esteem value is the additional value generated by an application because of its intrinsic attractiveness to customers/users. This relates to brand value.

Exchange value is the sum of the attributes which enable the application to be used by target groups and business requirements to be fulfilled by the organisation.
