SENSE and SENTIENT provide very accurate and effective insights into how people relate to the need and the solution.

This provides a reliable basis for deriving design specifications. Additionally, this defines the parameters on which to evaluate the experience of using a service, product, information system, business process or environment.

Experience design involves an integrated view of

  • the process flows users and customers take to complete tasks, and the information they need for it;
  • the human interfaces into systems that enable and guide the execution of these processes; and
  • the psychological and emotional effects of this activity

SYNESIS designs user experiences by identifying the psycho-emotional factors that affect the activities to be carries out by the system. These factors and their measures become part of the overall design of the system, streamlining and integrating the user interface with the information and processe architectures.
