Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-level content organisation and navigation, user flows, interface metaphors/approaches, page layout and content schematics.
- Work closely with site manager, web editors, usability experts, graphic designers, and developers.
- Translate user needs into functional requirements, communicate with the organisation in all stages of design to answer questions about the IA strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in information architecture and usability.
- Solid knowledge of the principles of enterprise information architecture, usability, and web-based user experience design.
- Experience observing user research and translating user research into design decisions.
- Experience with sites that offer personalisation and/or customisation, experience with CMS and best practices on the Web.
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
