Our approach and our implementation framework (SENSE) are based in the appreciation of the fact that ‘change is intrinsic and unavoidable’. Our methodology is therefore centred around managing change. In fact, we take the view that change for the better, is an intrinsic goal of every project. In common approaches, project delivery is seen as a matter of restricting change, to fit within the time and resource constraints.

SENSE is based on methodology wherein we look to exploit the unavoidable dynamism of your business environment, by conceptualising solutions that accommodate and facilitate change.

SENSE manages change using controlled processes to continually evaluate and prioritise requirements, against the core objectives of the project. This management method is structured along globally accepted quality standards:

  • UK’s PRINCE® 2, which is a structured method for effective project management. It is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Project Management Institute’s (PMI) PMBOK®. It is an inclusive term that describes the sum of knowledge within the profession of project management world-wide.
